Additional charges for amenities that didnt even exist in room, room smelled of mildew, carpeted area near washer and dryer unit was moist, dryer not venting properly and cause hot moist air into the room, dated and worn down furniture.

We paid for a 1-bedroom and had a free room upgrade to a 2-bedroom, but ended up with a 3-bedroom. Our unit seemed recently upgraded, with decent furniture and newer vinyl flooring. The screened patio was nice during the evening.
Negatives:
Our unit was on the 4th floor. The elevator door wouldn't open on the 4th floor, so we had to go back down to the 3rd floor and then climb 19 stairs. Notified the front desk, but nothing was done. It was a lot of stairs to climb with an injured foot as well as getting all of our stuff into the place and then out of it to check out. Also, there's a control on the a/c thermostat that prevents you from lowering it below 72. And there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The beds aren't very comfortable.
