Front Desk agent not very Welcoming seemed a little uptight, I am a Department head in the Business who has worked in Big Box Hotels in NYC siesta key Fl and the Caribbean. My Advice is that your front desk staff need a little more training on welcoming.

went to breakfast I was told Take any seat. Buffet is to the right I sat down and waited for 5 minutes. There were no menus given or on table. Went to buffet because I thought thats all there was. It was . Took awhile for coffee. Waiter was nice though

Front desk manager had same attitude as a convenience store manager. No smile, no greeting, no, thank you, might as well put a manikin at the desk. No direction on where the room was, no direction on where the elevators were, just handed me the key cards without even telling me what room we were in. I did find a nice hotel across the street though for our next visit.
