Under construction. The ice and vending machines weren’t available. The hallways had a weird smell and the bed seemed broken.

Positives:
The beds were very comfortable, there was a refrigerator and microwave (both were relatively clean), big flat screen TV, ironing board and hairdryer were in good condition and it looks like the property is in the middle of renovations/updates to make it a nicer place to stay.
Negatives:
There was mildew on the bathroom ceiling and door, the floors were not clean, a lot of the furniture needs to be replaced due to rust and knicks, the floor in the hallway was missing chunks of flooring, the breakfast area had several rude reminders taped to the wall telling guests to be considered and to clean up after themselves because this "isn't your home". Also, at check in I was told there was a $100 deposit to stay at the hotel (even though I had already paid online and put a card on file for any extra charges).

There was no breakfast! It was closed cause they had a lot stuff piled up so they wasn't serving it. I booked just for that.
So I heard the manager Antonio tell a guest he was starting breakfast back up on Saturday.
I go down at 10am to see that they had started it this morning Aug 16th instead.. No I was not informed and I'm made about that I was gonna go grab some toast or make a waffle and the desk lady says breakfast is from 7:30 til 9:30 and Ive shut it down.
I said well if all the guest would been told that you started it today not Saturday like I over heard it being told to a guest. They shut off the coffee ! So I didn't get that either.. it's seem like now they do this take things away so that is paying guest leave.! There short staff and that crazy

No breakfast, no tea, no coffee. We’re very disappointed. Because when I was booking the said breakfast was going to serve. And I booked 3 other rooms for my friends they were counted on the breakfast. That was expensive that we did not expect.
