Due to the remodeling the amenities listed were not there. No shampoo, not coffee in room, no phone to call front desk, only 1 each of a towel,washcloth, hand towel. No kleenex. Someone's dog barked all night.

It is understandably they were on the renovation I was looking forward using the gym and I wasn't able to it was close but other than that I understand the mess that they have going on there because they were up front with me.

There were roaches in the room! people were smoking pot everywhere and they didn't care! never got clean towels not one day! didn't even have a blanket for the beds! this was the DIRTEST place I ever had to stay at!

The truth is what I expected from the pictures that I seen online when I booked the hotel was nothing that I saw when I checked in sorry but thats just my opinion

The smell was awful. Found out that there are permanent guest living on the first floor near the washing machines with pets. It was under renovations so it was messy. The breakfast that they advertise for free was a huge disappointment. Go eat out instead

there was no hot water on either day. the first floor corridor had a horrible moldy smell, the heater didn't work, nor did the hair dryer. the worst part....didn't get any sleep because the employees were so loud chatting and laughin at front desk

A bunch of good for nothings working this hotel. Why do I have to put trash in hallway? Why do I have to change pillow cases, I'm doing hotel staffs job! WTH kids running amuck in lobby. Filthy chair in room needs destroyed. Idiot counter people.
