We were there for five days and the room was never cleaned! We had to take our own garbage out and take our used towels down to the lobby to get clean towels! Also the breakfast was run like a military base. Food was bland and exactly at 9:00 AM they took everything away including the coffee!

The room was dirty! I filled the tub and black long hair was floating. There was hair on the wall in shower. While picking up I found a Harley hat under my bed. It the breakfast was poorly done, eggs shouldnt crunch when eating them. Sheets were ripped

The room smelled moldy, they painted over rusty door fixtures instead of doing a proper repair (the paint was peeling, so you could tell)and the renters that were hanging out in the parking lot getting high made us uncomfortable.

Most of the staff was friendly. The place was centrally located.
Negatives:
The mattresses were 200 years old, the phone for the room did not work. The room smelled of smoke. And the manager on duty was trying to charge our card for the room smelling of smoke and we don't even smoke. And on booking.com it said a double room with double beds and It was one room with double full size beds. So with them charging me 311.00 for what was a supposed to be a double room and was not, they have tried to charge 50.00 once 100.00 and 200.00 once for damages to the room for smoking and we have never smoked a day in our lives. Also was woken up the last morning at 5 am for a alarm that went off for 10 minutes. Not one time did they refill our coffee ask about towels nothing your on your own when you check in.

Dated interior outside room, laundry area needs a good clean and refurbishment. Looks shabby overall. Except rooms are fine. Nothing wrong to put your head down.
