If you do not check in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and do not alert the hotel in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and you may be charged for the full amount.

Good news! Before Tuesday, Dec 31st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Tuesday, Dec 31st, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Jan 3rd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between Dec 31 and Jan 3, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Friday, Jan 3rd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jan 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.
