Positives: The staff were exceptionally helpful, free coffee offered in reception between 7-10am, rooftop pool very nice with drinking water available at all times and popcorn during happy hour from 3pm. Location was fantastic only a 5 minute walk to the beach where they give you free beach towels and 2 sun beds if you show your room key however an umbrella costs $20.
Negatives: There are 2 blocks to the hotel one of which you have to get a lift in the restaurant opposite reception to access your room however the lifts weren’t working during our stay so had to walk cases through the restaurant and up the stairs which wasn’t ideal. The bell boy was very helpful with this. It can be noisy at night with street noise.
