Positives: This was our first time in Miami and we chose to stay at the National Hotel and this was the right choice! The customer service was AMAZING all around. Everyone seemed genuinely happy and made sure our stay was a memorable one. Thank you to Kefyrah (KeKe), Erik, Aaron, and Cinita for your amazing and honest customer service. Unfortunately we did not get everyone’s name but every interaction we had was perfect. The food and drinks were great at the Aqua bar. The property was clean and smelled fresh. My husband and I stayed in the classic room and the room size was decent enough for 2 people. The bathroom could have been a little bigger and could use some upgrades but was very clean and in good shape. The infinity pool was very refreshing and relaxing. The beach is a small stroll through the pool area, maybe a 1 to 2 minute walk with a private area for National Hotel guests. Bonus is the hotel is walking distance to soooooo many restaurants and shops!Overall our experience was a 10 out of 10 and we can’t wait to come back. Thanks again to the amazing staff and a bigger thanks to Kefyrah (KeKe) for welcoming us and treating us like we were family. Chefs Kiss!
