Positives:
The hotel was in a brilliant place, right in the middle of South Beach. It was decorated beautifully inside and the rooms were really quirky. The staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were greeted every time we entered the hotel and wished a great day every time we left. The breakfast was beautiful and the service amazing. We wished we’d tried the lunch and dinner menu, as the food looked amazing but unfortunately ran out of time. There was also a free drink between 4pm and 7pm, which was a lovely free extra. I would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Food was plentiful and tasty and the complementary drink every night was a nice touch.

The only thing that was annoying was that the numerous staff stood down at the front of the hotel and sometimes it was hard to attract their attention.
