The location.
Negatives:
The sheets were not fully clean when I arrived. They only left 2 towels in the room, the phone in the room was not working if you needed help. You had to go across the street to check in and/or call the number there to get any form of help. The staff acted like you were Oliver Twist if you dare asked for more towels , wash cloths or any essentials. I asked for extra rolls of toilet paper because we only had one in the room and they literally gave me one roll then wrote it down that they gave it to me. There was no peep hole on the room door so you had no clue if a murderer or the housekeeper was at your door. The room key never worked and we constantly had to go across the street for them to reactivate it. The carpets smelled terrible as if they just sprayed perfumes to cover up a musty smell. The music downstairs was so loud that our walls were vibrating until 3am. There were not enough hooks in the bathroom, literally one garbage can in the entire room and not an extra chair to put your bags on.

Walkable to beach, restaurants. Also to the Hoo on and off bus. It’s a bit confusing going back and forth across the street, but we managed. Ana couldn’t have been more supportive and she was appreciated

The beds were way to soft for us, also no tables in lobby play bride which we wanted to do, the deco is tacky for our taste.
