Excellent pillows and comfortable bed. Large room with desk and chair. Well located for convention center. Well priced.

Outdated elevators, outdated room design, carpets in bedroom which one can’t tell if are clean.
Staff members not able to handle a lot of guest checkin in. The line was really long and we had to stand up for almost 2 hours just to check in, when we were given our room, no keycard available, then I was told to go up to my room to wait for someone to open my door. Waited another 20 minutes, had to go down again to wait for someone to escort me to my room. And the next day the same because they were not able to give us keycards.
Additionally, they charged us for parking even though we were staying at the hotel, we paid all nights in advance and the last night they wanted to charge us again even though we had a receipt for the payment of all nights in advance.
Staff not too friendly and not to helpfull.
I was never told that a security deposit was going to be charges to my credicard and 2 weeks after staying there still calling to check on my refund.
