Positives:
I like that it was in a clean area of Miami and the kitchens in all the rooms. the rooms are big.
Negatives:
The staff told me they could move my reservation to the next day at 2pm since I wasn't allowed to check in after 12:30am. The day of check in I find out We could've checked in past 12:30 (spent money on another place for no reason) and that they never moved my reservation and it shows I missed my time. His explanation for this was that the staff that did it didn't speak english well. If she messes up that bad. get her off the phones. He then told me they declined my request to move my reservation time and they just forgot to tell me. (She confirmed on the phone she had moved my reservation) I didn't leave the building until I got a piece of paper stating I would get a refund because it was so sketchy. The manager Frankie did his best at helping me and honestly ran the whole place. He really deserves an award or something.
