Negatives: I didn't find the kitchen, and I was a little bit alone

Negatives: The rooms were not very clean has past guest hairs all other the bathroom and floor. Kitchen hob was a mess. In room 402 difficulty sleeping as the sound of running water constantly from the pipes above the main bedroom. Pool area was filthy and I wouldn’t allow my family into the pool as dead lizards and rubbish floating. Air con was great until you turned it off as it was noisy and the floors became wet and slippery.

Negatives: The hotel really disappointed in many points. Upon check-out I was promised a total refund; great gesture. However after booking.com tried to reach out to the hotel, they never replied to them or to me again, which leaves me without refund. Therefor I decided to share this review after all: The room was very very dirty and not maintained at all; there was toothpaste residue on the holder in the bathroom, there was scale/skin residue on the tiles in the bathroom that comes off very easily but has simply never been cleaned, there was mold between the joints of the tiles, there was spik in the shower curtain, the shower rail was completely rusted, the lampshade was full of old dust and crap, there was old crap on the soap pumps, the dresser was too grubby to touch because something fell over it and has never been cleaned, there were old hair and food scraps on the door, and so on and so on. The bathroom and the room itself were not cleaned properly. It smelled like a gallon of chlorine had been thrown in but I couldn't take a shower in my bare feet because the floor was slippery because it simply wasn't mopped or cleaned clean.

Negatives: Didn’t look like the pictures. Staff was nice but was suppose to at desk 24/7 yet had to wait at door multiple times for 15-30 mins each time. Even at 11 pm I went to get water and couldn’t because there was no one there. Tried to wait but took too long, most staff didn’t have a key so they just stared at you waiting. They also had a party/rave past midnight you could hear from your room.
