The deposits , I spoke with someone to clarify that with me and they were not knowledgeable. Kept trying to tell me anything to get me off the phone , once I myself realized where the extra fee came from which was valet , it was settled . But they should have been more knowledgeable instead of trying to tell me anything

I loved everything about this hotel. It was absolutely beautiful. The people at the door who opened it upon our arrival and then the glorious smell in the lobby....whatever that smell was, I'd love to bottle it up and take it home. The beds were very comfortable, the room was a perfect temp and easily controlled. The view of the bay was fantastic, we enjoyed the balcony. The pool was so nice, a very large screen TV played the soccer game just above our heads. We loved the shallow pool pad at the one end, it was so refreshing.
I would 100% book here again.
They also had a free shuttle to Miami Beach and access to the property there, but we didn't have enough time to utilize that.

Modern rooms, including full kitchen. The pool and fitness areas are nice and welcoming. Great view, heated pool.

Not very welcoming staff. It took about 1h hour to get our car from valet parking. Also the prices are way too steep for the room you get.

I'm very aggravated that booking.com chooses to put the man first in all reservations even if the woman books the rooms.its an ongoing, very sexist policy. They would not let me check into 2 rooms without my husband. I will not book through you again. The room itself was actually dirty. I had to ask for cleaning supplies. I never have given a bad review before now. Toilet holder broken. Feet got dirty walking barefoot in room
