Service. Staff. Facilities. View to the harbour. Poole. Modern and contemporary style. Fitness centre. Pilate & yoga classes.
Negatives:
Cleanliness needs to improve. On the 5 day we had to ask the cleaners to change our linen and despite it, the bed sheets weren’t changed completely. Also we had to ask all the time for the garbage to be taken away . But because everything else was perfect, we don’t mind any small problems.
