Unfortunately I have stayed in some bad hotels and this one is up there on that list. For starters pictures are very deceiving, especially of bathroom ( let’s just say you could easily hit your head on the sink if not careful while using the bathroom or multi task by washing face/ brush your teeth/ possibly even shave all while using the bathroom). The elevator situation was horrible ( two very small elevators for all guests and staff) waited several times 20 plus minutes to go up to room or come down. Neither elevator screens worked, so you had no clue what floor you were on until the door opened ( what fun). Ice machine only working on certain floors and that was a crap shoot because you never knew if you did get ice there early or the day before if it would still be working when you returned. Had room services a few times (this was again a crap shoot) would take trash and not put bags back, would take wash cloths/ towels/ hand towels/ bath mat and might get new ones to replace or only towels and nothing else. Don’t believe a vacuum was ever used in room ( make that building) entire time of stay. The room was partially serviced one day, without request and with tag on door handle not to disturb/ sleeping in. Looked for another place to stay, but prices were a lot higher from when originally booked or most places were booked already. If we ever go back to Miami, will definitely not stay here and would not recommend for anybody. Unfortunately did not take pictures to show, spent as little time as possible in room/ hotel.

The room is really small. The window was literally just a square. It felt like I was inside a cube. The bathroom was dirty and so was the room. They didn't have any extra sheets. The bed was right next to the wall. I don't recommend this hotel. The A/C no working the room was 79f

The size of the elevators (2 small elevators), very dangerous staircase to bring suitcases down stairs because the wait for an elevator is over 15 minutes waiting, first room didn’t have microwave, second room didn’t have microwave or refrigerator and thermostat made the room either too cold or too hot. There was no in between.

Friendly staff, perfect location next to bayside and close to the cruise terminals.

The elevators worked very poorly, there were 2 elevators, 1 was constantly broken. At one point, none of the elevators worked anymore and we had to go down the stairs with a heavy suitcase, really unacceptable for such a high building.

The location is nice and the staff if very kind.
Negatives:
The building has 17 floors and only two elevators, to make things better only 1 was working. The you spend approx 20min with your luggage waiting for the elevator.
The rooms were not cleaned properly, we could see some stains on the bed sheets.
WiFi is very bed, mostly we did not have connection from our room.
All in all the staff were all nice and the location is great, but all the negative aspects simply make your stay stressful.
