Small rooms and extremely small bathrooms. You can brush your teeth while using the toilet. You have to dry off in the shower, not enough space between toilet and sink to stand and dry off or get dressed when done drying off. Slow elevators with there being only 2 in a hotel with 16 floors.

Worse hotel ever! It was so dirty! Our room was supposed to be non-smoking and it smelled like cigarettes, I asked the front desk guy to switch us to another room. He said he needed to send somebody up to verify and that they would just spray something for the odor. To make matters worse the bath faucet handle was broken off and the bathroom smelt like wet, dirty rag. When I complained a second time, they finally said that they would switch us to a new room and that someone would be up to give us new keys right away. We waited for 30 minutes, then when I called downstairs to verify if someone was coming up the guy completely forgot about us and tried to apologize and sent somebody up to give us our new room keys. The other room wasn’t any better and you can tell the towels were not washed well, they still had an odor and stains . The elevator is the worst elevator I have ever been on, it’s so tiny, it doesn’t even show you the floor you’re on and it goes up and down to different floors and takes forever to get you to the right floor. The valet guy hardly spoke any English and didn’t understand that we were trying to valet the car and that we were just running up to put our luggage’s away. Nastiest hotel ever.. Do not stay here.
