Positives:
I knew the location.
Negatives:
There were a lot of flying bugs, gnats, mosquitos, and others that were bothering and biting me. They caused me to lose sleep; also there was a shortage of staff, and so I lost time in the checking in due to not having anyone at the front desk at arrival.
Positives:
Nothing was unable to stay they refused to check in due to Internet failure. Still refused to refund as it was their mistake.
Negatives:
Everything from the moment we pulled up to the property nothing like the pictures it smelled horrible in the lobby the building was falling apart. The service was horrid.
