Positives:
The breakfast food was ok and people serving was smiley and friendly.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, our experience was not as enjoyable as we had expected. One of the main issues we encountered was when we requested to extend a two nights then they started adding non realistic charges and when we request the reception manager assistant he was more useless and unprofessional acting exactly as the receptionist lady standing not as a manager, and he was not collaborative at all. This significantly impacted our overall experience. Accordingly we didn’t extend the duration needed.
We hope that the hotel management will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the service quality, especially at the reception front ending team. Thank you.
