Negatives: We travel with our 13 year old son. He normally will sleep on the sofa bed. When we opened the sofa bed, the mattress had been spotted and soiled with human waste. Disgusting! Luckily we always travel with a blow up mattress in case the sofa bed mattress is uncomfortable. We did not use the sofa bed, or sit on the sofa the entire weekend. When we mentioned it to the front desk, the response was "a lot of people come through this hotel and we can't know everything about what goes on in the rooms if people don't tell us. This hotel is in need of updates, and needs a lot of changes." They did not offer to move us to a more sanitary room. There were people going in and out of their rooms throughout the night. The hallways and elevator smelled of marijuana in the morning. The breakfast was limited to only coffee and packaged oatmeal and tiny donuts. There was no juice for our son or any customer. Milk was limited to coffee creamers. We had t go out for breakfast so our son could eat properly. Horrible customer service.

Negatives: I am not sure where to start. The employee walked me to the room to see if it’s clean he stated. I think he did it because he did not know if that room had a sleeper couch in it. He took the couch apart, all I saw was crumbs…. And a deo. I looked in the kitchen and there was nothing and I found the card with kitchen utensils and a coffee maker toaster and stuff. I asked the employee if I could please get the items and he said I don’t think I have anything. I was shocked. This is the main reason we booked this stay! I ended up with some stiff yea. No toaster. So our toast in the morning was not toasted and the soup my son asked to have for that night he had to eat out of a coffee cup because we had no bowl just a flat large plate. I asked for the bed supply for my son’s bed and was told he has no nothing but he will wash me some and I get them tonight. Night came and we ask…. He said oh no I have it to a mom I thought it was you. So again I waited but he found some. I asked for a pillow and was informed he has none since he gave the one he had away. Absolutely horrible! There was a Zigarette bud in the hallway along with hair ties and trash. Did not get picked up in the timeframe we stayed there… Friday-Sunday. It was horrible my son was terrified and had a hard time sleeping with no pillow. I ha e him mine the second night so I had the terrible night of sleep. I pray this will be heard.

Negatives: Is in desperate need of a renovation. Most of the furniture in the room is old and worn. There was a damp smell in couple of drawers and cupboards in the kitchen area. The door to the room didn't shut properly, so had to bang it shut, which wasn't fair on the other guest's if srriving back late at night. Carpet badly stained, it definitely needs a good clean. Most of staff helpful but there is a couple who cannot be bothered to help you with any problems, which we had and had to change room when someone else helped. Would definitely not stay here again

Negatives: housekeeping... on the website it says housekeeping weekly, was told when checked in every 2 weeks. was there for nearly 3 weeks and saw no housekeeping. had to change our own bed if we wanted clean sheets. there was no brush in apartment to clean the floors. had to collect plates,dishes and cutlery, but there was no dishes available or proper cutlery, only plastic.is in need of a overall

Negatives: Everything The room was horrible the lights did not work The stove came on by itself Breakfast was trash only coffee oatmeal and muffins I called the front desk about the issues in the room they never came to take a look The furniture was old and scratched up

Negatives: They must clean rooms weekly. I spent 10 days and no one pass by

Negatives: Room was not cleaned, dort in bath tub, pull out couch had multiple blood stains on it, microwave ran cons5, fridge in room wasn't working lost all of our food we brought.

Negatives: Everything was out of date the pool was little the room smelled like mole The appliances was rusty

Negatives: It did not have any pots and pans or dishes at all. Had to buy my own. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted as well. No ice maker either.

Negatives: I didn't like the facilities. It felt as if I was in an apartment bldg.The laundry room was disgusting during the weekend, garbage all over the floor
