Homewood is always our choice to stay away from home. Our reservation was canceled by mistake. Karina the Assist Mgr and Shirley worked together and made another reservation for us. The entire staff was very pleasant and welcoming. We will definitely staff at this location again!!

We booked with five people but the room was not prepared for that amount. Example: towels. We were never given enough even after complaining. I would expect we would have gotten a towel for each person. I had to request more towels each day. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Everything, staff were really friendly and helpful, location was good, breakfast was basic but still very nice and more than enough and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable

The hotel was nice and close to the Orlando themeparks, amenities and was in a very clean suburb. Staff were welcoming and courteous. The room was spacious and clean, had a generous room size and food delivery services (Uber eats and grubhub) knew the building.
Negatives:
Parking wasn't included, quite expensive per day and should be clearly noted in the description as this was completely unexpected. The toilet had issues, whether this was due to low pressure in the building or not, it required a flush to start charging the cistern, then wait a few minutes until it was full, then it would work properly on a second flush. This was periodic so I'm guessing that if many people were showering concurrently this would cause this kind of issue.
