Negatives: There is a lot of loitering, even for it being a motel. I haven't stayed at a motel in a while though so I could just be being sensitive. To start, lights were awful outside at night, the flashing lights on the end by the stairs were flashing in my window terribly, I had to ask the nice lady at the front for a room change. I was upgraded to the deluxe because I must have been charming, she said there wasn't any other king size rooms either. As I traveled to my new to me room, I walked through the breezeway, immediately noticing the sense of being in some sort of community, I imagine this is how it feels to enter the thunderdome, The monsters in the pool were screaming as they were being overlooked by guests on the balconies, a gladiator meets galaxy quest type of vibe. I opened the room and swiftly shut the door behind me, with the curtains closed, we are now safe as I spoke to my dog. I turned to the remote for the tv, we need noise to drown out the sound of those monsters in the pool. Quickly noticing that the tv is in store mode, It was devastating, between the display on the tv jumping around and the volume not having a number when raised and lowered, my ocd was out of control, at this point I was a mess. I looked outside to see that the monsters had been defeated by the community and were forced indoors, I can now walk my dog. I grab her leash and we're off, to be blinded by the light, holy cow, my eyes! as they adjust, I can see.. the dog poop everywhere, my dog was disgusted also, as we rushed to end of the hallway to get to another patch grass she got a sand spur, she was traumatized. We returned to the room to see that I forgot to put the milk away, close call to say the least, if that went bad then how would I eat my cookies? later as I crawled into the bed while watching a million dollar houses marathon, I dozed off, dreaming of Malibu. If I were buying a house on the water, I would buy one with a wet beach.

Negatives: Language barrier with breakfast lady as well as ear pods in talking to someone....while replacing food.

Negatives: Our first stay was great. Room was clean, everything was nice. Our second stay was awful. Spider webs in the corners of the room. Big black stain on the bed spread. Room had a very musty smell. AC unit shut off during the day while we were out with our pet left in the room and almost killed it. I can deal with a lot of issues but for the price we paid for the room, no way!!!
