…the bed was the worse I have ever slept in since I have been traveling,it was unfit for human use. It had absolutely no support and completely sunken … the ongoing renovation is no excuse to give a mattress in that condition to anyone for use!!! It was so sad both my husband and I had been waking since 3am the night before and even though we were so tired we could not sleep a wink due to the discomfort ! I usually liked Hampton because you could bank on getting a good quality mattress … not again! It’s no wonder they took off their 100%guarantee money back ! I mentioned it to the receptionist at checkout in hope that the other patron would not go through that torture but I know it fell on deaf ears and nothing would be done ! I believe it was room 410 .. I took into consideration the ongoing works but even the elevator was scary ! Food could be healthier bread was stale and being vegetarian didn’t have much of an option.
