I would have given this an exceptional rating if the a/c was quieter (was so loud, but it worked!!). The room size was large (bedroom and sitting area—perfect for families). We prepaid for breakfast and it was very good (made to order eggs, waffles, pancakes; coffee wasn’t that good, but over all a great “hotel breakfast”).

There was no internet in my room and they didn't give any solution, just tell you they are facing problems and that's it.
When I booked the hotel it wasn't clear the breakfast would be charged separately, which for me is one of the decision-makers to book, mainly to be easy in the morning to go down and have what we need in the same place.

Rooms were dates and staff had trouble checking me in. Mens room in the lobby was under renovation and i had to go up to room on elevator to use the restroom when downstairs. Shower seal leaked and it wasn’t possible to shower and not get the floor soaked.
