It was incredibly dirty, smelled like smoke and mildew, and there were roaches in the room and bathroom. I so felt it was unsafe.

lotts of roaches. the smell on the 4th floor will make you sick. and they know it smells and still assigns guess up there. ac making noise all night long. no one at the desk to ask question. have to call some one else to call the front desk and wake

I did not stay. The hotel was run downed. The description indicated no smoking. I didnt go past the lobby because it smelled like old stale cigarettes. I do not smoke and chose this hotel because of the non smoking policy. The parking lot was filthy.

Checking in felt unsafe, you go in a little hallway and have to call a number from your personal cell phone. Metal grid over window, once opened covered with plexiglass. Not a safe feeling.

The location was handy to stores, restaurants and the airport.

No towels in the room. Phone broken. Microwave tray didn't stay on its tracks and therefore didn't work right. Floors were filthy. Blind on window was broken off on several rows on the right side. Light over bed didn't work.

Staff was very accommodating.. but seemed like they were use to making excuse for everything being messed up...

The front desk wasn't Attended 24/7 and some of the Staff live in House.. no reason you live there and not at the desk 24/7

The room was gross. The furniture was decent but the sheets had obviously been slept in by a prior guest and just straightened for the next guest. The toilet had poop streaks that dissipated after several flushings. The water in the tub ran constantly.

Very dirty facility and bugs in room. There was no one at the desk upon check out to talk to. The hall floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks and the smell was undescribable.

The building and surroundings were dirty. The room was dirty. No towels. Bathroom door wouldnt close. Smell of marijuana was everywhere throughout the building.
