After Wednesday, Nov 27th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 27, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The guy at the front desk was nice but the room awful

Negatives: The room was filthy. It was horrible. The bathroom has pee everywhere! I saw a dead cockroach. Where anyone can see it! I bet it’s been there for days or weeks. The two beads with hair and broken. can’t even sit down or move and inch without heard the noise of the bead and the air machine. We couldn’t sleep at all. Definitely not coming back and it’s not worth the “cheap price”
