the location was good, even thought there is construction going on thru out the location surrounding , it still was a great location, not far from downtown saint Augustine

it will get better when the construction is completed, the air conditioning need services, at some point it does make noise, found some roaches and spiders in the room

Pool was closed by the health department. They didn't fix the problem and allowed people in the pool on the weekend then closed it at 7 am on Monday so they wouldn't get caught. They came into my room and stole 3 bracelets and earrings from me. The room was filthy and when I ask for maid service, they brought me a mop. I had to clean my room before I would let my dog in it. I have stayed at red roof inns several times. Never again

Positives:
Location was wonderful. Rooms were comfortable. I love that they clean and refresh our room, sheets, towels daily. The pool was clean! The laundry room was so convenient. Price was incredible. Management and cleaning staff were great. Extremely affordable.
Negatives:
Floors turned our feet black but we know they are difficult to keep clean when tracking in and out from the beach.
While management and cleaning staff were friendly, the lady that helped at check-in was rude and seemed bothered by our questions.
