Negatives: Upon arrival there were at least 6 people smoking as you walk in the front door of the hotel. We checked in (associate was not friendly and said nothing to my husband and just shoved the keys at him) He did not mention anything about changing the room that we booked online. We booked a 2 bed queen suite that had a pull-out couch so that we would have adequate room. We got to the room to find that there was only one queen bed and a pull-out couch. I called the front desk and he told me that because I booked through a 3rd party they did not have to give me the 2 queen beds that I paid for and expected. If I had known this I would have went elsewhere. I asked if he had other rooms available and I would pay the difference because I needed to have a place for my kids to sleep comfortably. He said there was no other rooms available and there was nothing he could do, again because I had 3rd party booking. Since the room was non-refundable we had to make due. I decided to make the kids some popcorn. The microwave was broken. I called down to the front desk and the same associate told me that there was nothing he could do about that because the maintenance person was not there. In this large hotel, on a 4th of July holiday weekend on a Friday night, there was not one person on call to fix things in the hotel. Ok. I told him that also, the A/C wasn't working well and we had been there over an hour and it was still about 80 degrees. He said there was nothing he could do and that the A/C takes time to get up to temperature. It never did. I went to pull out the couch for the kids and found a prescription pill bottle in plain sight that was left from pervious guests. Having small children this is unacceptable. The pull-out couch was broken and the mattress had dried blood on it. I had to prop it up for the kids to be able to lay down. There were public hairs in the shower. I had to kill a German cockroach in the kitchen area. I will never stay here again. EVER.

Negatives: Breakfast/The Room

Negatives: There were ants crawling all over the counter. I called the front desk and the guy up front stated that it was nothing he could do because he was the only one there. The tub was nasty and the outside of the refrigerator was nasty as well! The bed was hard and made a loud squeaky noise every time you sat on it or laid in it.

Negatives: Roaches in the room. Customer service was absolute poor. No ac in the hallway of the 4th floor.

Negatives: Breakfast is awful. Half of the TV channels weren’t working on the first night so I couldn’t watch the BNA finals game on ABC. A man at the desk, Zack was his name said he would adjust my bill. On check out their computers were down so I couldn’t get my receipt. When I did get the receipt by email there was no adjustment just a slew of various charges that increased my bill by $80. No more Hiltons and no more booking.com thank you.

Negatives: The cable barely worked and the remote was terrible to search for channels.

Negatives: Stop stealing money

Negatives: I can only speak to our room; but, the door lock was either tampered with or incorrectly installed as the inside deadbolt doing freely without locking. Hotel did remedy this immediately. The beds were not comfortable and had noticeable DIPS in the center
