Breakfast was crap. Holiday Inn Express is way better.
Negatives:
Breakfast is awful. Half of the TV channels weren’t working on the first night so I couldn’t watch the BNA finals game on ABC. A man at the desk, Zack was his name said he would adjust my bill. On check out their computers were down so I couldn’t get my receipt. When I did get the receipt by email there was no adjustment just a slew of various charges that increased my bill by $80. No more Hiltons and no more booking.com thank you.

Positives:
The hotel was around every thing and easy to find. The staff was so very nice. It was clean and check in/out was a breeze.
Negatives:
The cable barely worked and the remote was terrible to search for channels.
