The location was great, the breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable
Negatives:
The staff was not the best, I asked to schedule a ride to the park but nobody seems to know anything, so when I asked again it was fully booked. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and when we arrived late at night there were no body towels in our room. The blackout didn’t really work as there’s a wide gap above the drapes. The AC sounded awfully loud and the bathtub drain was extremely dirty.

Close to Busch Gardens, breakfast was great, room was clean and modern, staff was friendly, we will plan to stay here again on our next visit to Tampa.
Negatives:
Only thing I didn’t like was having to pay for parking separately. However, I knew that was the case based on another review. It was only $12, but it seemed weird to have to pay for parking when it was just a normal hotel parking lot. It wasn’t city parking or a garage or anything. It wasn’t a big deal, just a small inconvenience.
