I ordered the room for my son and his family through Sunday, the check in was rude, there was one towel in the room, not enough pillows and feces in walls in the bathroom. The did not stay but did not let me know so I could get a refund

The location is near Moffitt Cancer Center
Negatives:
There were 2 TV sets but only 1 remote. The Front Desk staff couldn't find another remote. The water in the bathtub would not shut off. The sofa and chair were FILTHY. You couldn't sit on them they were so dirty. The on property restaurant was not open. The Front Desk staff was not trained on how to handle guest problems.
