Positives:
I was given the choice to pay or pay at the property. A charge in the amount of $220.19, I called both the Hotel and the Company because the charge was done immediately after the call when I was told that nothing would be charge. They both point fingers at each other.
The hotel says booking.com is responsible and booking.cam is saying that the hotel is. I canceled the reservation but now they both are refusing to refund my
account.

It has no elevator, neither tv worked the room wasn't cleaned properly had left over socks on the floor, something plastic in the corner of the shower, the room had dust on the lamp shades, no breakfast like it stated everything was HORRIBLE

The courtyard was beautiful.
Negatives:
One of our rooms had a lot of roaches. Most of the grout in the bathroom was missing. The doors were difficult to open and close.
Positives:
I liked that they had a pool and the premises was beautiful
And that they had a nice outside smoke area.
Negatives:
I didn't like the fact that the coffee pot didn't work there was also a bag over 1 of the sprinklers. And also there was absolutely no hot water when me and my family went to take showers or baths.

My daughter witnessed a guy with his window curtains open taking care of himself. She is 7 years old. Not a conversation I wanted to have with her at that age. Water pressure wasn't working. AC in our room was broken so couldn't get a cold room.
