Positives: We never got breakfast while there or even saw breakfast being served.

Negatives: I didn’t like the attitude and lack of customer service from the staff. The rooms were filthy and very unclean. The linen was dirty, the microwave and the bathroom. It was very upsetting.

Negatives: The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioner unit didn't keep the room cool in the middle of a hurricane. Bed linen and bath towels were old & stained. Check out was at 11am. Housekeeping was waiting outside our door at 10:30am.
