Leaving was the best. The lady from the 1st hotel was very sweet and transferred me to a sister hotel. The lady at the 2nd hotel also was very sweet
Negatives:
Initially had booking for Palm Bay locations upon arrival was transferred to a different hotel. It was run down, rust shower curtain, furniture falling apart, and bed was like sleeping in springs. There was just coffee and regular creamer. Wouldn't mind a partial refund due to the condition of the place. Not to mention I thought my car would get broken into. Around the back smelled like pot.

I liked the location of the hotel. They offer cooking supplies (pots/pans, utensils, plates/bowels and a dish drainer) to use on their stove top.
Negatives:
They require a $100 deposit cash, which it never stated anywhere that it had to be cash on booking.com nor in their lobby. So it was an inconvenience for me to have to load up all my kids just to go get the money.

No one at front desk for 30 minutes. Sign at front desk says to use courtesy phone. No phone in lobby area. No photo or description of location of phone. Another guest told me about the button to push on front desk. No sign/instructions about this button to ring and even when we pushed the button no one shows up. I book rooms every other week for 3 to 4 people for business travel. Never again will be use any location of Extended Stay America or ever pre-pay as getting a refund is far too much hassle.
