Location was good. The staff were attentive. The place had a modern feel. The room was spacious.

The room smelt of pets. It smelt of wet dog. Somehow my room was listed under another name so I couldn't get on to WiFi with my laptop. The breakfast looked less than basic, I skipped it. Ordering amenities to the room was bizarre, why don't you just equip the room with the basic items.

The activity level w guests are low. It's quiet.
Negatives:
They don't have public Wi-Fi which makes it hard to book while on the property if you don't have Internet service. Also the floors don't seemed to be mopped often it's a lot of dirt I believe either from using the same mop water or from previous guests.
Positives:
There was a very bad smell in the bedrooms likely from the aircon filters and general smell of marajuana in the communal hallways.
Negatives:
Customer service regarding the above issues. The complaint was not well handled by management. However an apology was made afterwards and this has been accepted.
The rest of the reception and support team were extremely nice and kind people.

Continental breakfast was non existent. They were waiting for the delivery truck...??? Seems like someone could have ran out and picked up some bagels and muffins and fruit or something. Many other customers were not happy as well. If you advertise it, you should deliver....
