Positives:
The property is in a great location for a family trip. Away from the crowd of downtown and nearby shopping centers. The complimentary drinks and snacks for the family are great.
Negatives:
The swimming pool is extremely cold which was very disappointing for my children. They have the swim area with high heat to accommodate the pool being cold which was very uncomfortable. The pool was a big part of our trip so this was not good.

The property was very clean. We enjoyed all the amenities that were listed and some extra ones we did not know about till we got there. They gave us two free drinks of our choice per person at the bar and had a free made to order omelet among a huge breakfast bar that was very delicious. Loved our stay and would have rebooked till I was charged twice for the room and they wouldn’t acknowledge they had and argued with me on the phone

When we checked in or out there was no paperwork to sign so i believed that to be odd. I had to ask for a receipt before we left too which I am glad I did. I checked my bank account later that day and had to call them because they had charged me twice for the room and proceeded to argue with me that they had not charged me twice. The girl was yelling over me on the phone and was saying the charge was still PENDING and blatantly acting as if I did not understand how a deposit and pending charges worked. The phone was then handed to the manager who proceeded to say the same things to me and that they had only one transaction on there side. I then called my bank and they could see that the hotel had in fact deleted the second charge that they “had not charged me”. The stay was very nice here but he weary of your money when you leave
