customer service was non existent. no amenities. had to call numerous times to get someone to clean the room. Cleaners didn't speak english and it was hard to communicate. Cleaning manager argued over cleanliness of the bathroom and I had to clean the counter to show it could be cleaned as the manager was saying the counter was permanently stained when there was no attempt to clean it in the first place. Really bad experience.

Comfortable bedding and good pillow selection. Location worked well for me. Safe and frig a plus. Good access to cast to TV and plug-in options a nice feature. Overall a really good place to stay. In
