Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The front desk lady was very unfriendly. While I was waiting outside, there were bugs and insects all over the floor and I was really worried about staying there. Turns out, I did a late checkin so they cancelled my reservation without even informing me. for good or bad I didn't get to stay there but wanted to share my horrible experience.

I would never come back to this place even if it was for free. The only two good things about it, a lady called Latia who had good customer service and the location. Right behind Publix and other convenience stores. I don’t really know who books this place but at night there was someone outside shouting for help apparently on drugs. The rooms are literally accesible to anyone since it’s not an enclosed area. I didn’t feel safe as a solo traveling woman staying in this place. I only went to Atlanta for 2 days to sign documents at my country’s consulate but I would rather drive back home the same day than staying in such a terrible place like this, they pride themselves with being clean (10 point cleaning) but they’re absolutely not.

From the moment I got to the hotel I had the most unpleasant experience, after a long trip I needed to use the restroom and there was nobody at the front desk, not even a chair to wait, I waited for 20 minutes after I called customer service for help.
They first told me I had to pay a $100 deposit even though my Booking confirmation had sent me a message saying everything was paid for. Plus, they also had a sign explaining it was going to be applicable from September on and its only July the 31st, Latia gave me the keys to my room and surprise! The smell was terrible, and the air conditioning front case was on the couch. So, I went back to the front desk to ask her to please assign me a new one, she walked with me and gave me one that seemed decent (306) but had the same bad smell. The front door and the halls don’t look like they have ever been cleaned. A roach welcomed me in the kitchen and then, her entire family of roaches all over the place, the bathtub was in bad condition, the tiles dirty, the fridge dirty, the carpet was all muddy and the floor was dirty as well, I couldn’t even walk barefoot, the front door didn’t seem to have been ever cleaned. Thanks God the sheets seemed clean. But at night you couldn’t sleep with the roaches crawling on the ceiling, I thought they would fall on me.
When I got the room, there was a spark in the air conditioning and it went off, so I went look for help, this time it was another lady who was smoking outside, she implied I was stupid cause I didn’t know how to turn it on, (THERE WAS NOT ON BUTTON and It had a spark!!) So I didn’t touch the machine until she came with me and had to restart it, (it was full of small roaches as well). I asked her if she could fix the smoke detector and she literally said “nope, it’s the batteries” so I couldn’t sleep because of the roaches, the beeping of the smoke detector and a reaaalllyyy loud flushing sound coming from the toilet every 10 to 15 minutes.

Rooms nasty dead and alive roaches. System crashed while trying to chk n late night as prebooked and paid in advance. Drug addicts outside..mold on couch cushions and windows. Old food in corners. Loose sockets. Paper thin blankets. Fridge in one room unplugged not working. Total chaos. Night staff tried to do a review for the hotel using my phone. She asked to see my emails to see if I got email from the company I showed her my email saying look there's nothing there and she took the phone out of my hand and then said yeah its not there just wanted to you let us know how we did. wtf the company responds to ppl reviews and says it's isolated incidents NO ITS NOT
