The room was damp when we walked in. I don't know if you have ever experienced a damp room.. but imagine getting in after a long day and laying down on wet sheets! And having to ask for new sheets and then going back downstairs to get the new sheets and pillow cases and then changing your bed. And then waking up and the clothes you left out to wear the next morning are damp as well. I thought Holiday Inn's had a decent reputation but no longer trust this hotel chain. Whoever allowed these people to run a hotel under the Holiday Inn name should be ashamed, they make Holiday Inn feel like a Motel 6, the only difference is the price you pay. I am so upset that I paid so much money for such an awful stay. I will never stay here again and feel other travelers should be warned. Choose another hotel! Trust me.

Noisy dogs on 5th floor. Key never worked. Once you leave out your room for anything, the door will lock on you and key turns red.. this happened all day everyday. No matter how many times I replaced the key
