Positives: Our toliet wouldnt flush. We called several times. Plus spoke the desk clerk
Negatives: My purse was stolen. Accidently left in the room. We called immediately. Spoke to two different women. Asked the manager Lynnette to call back. We were told purse wasnt in the room where i left it. We are calling police now. I want my purse back! Once we went to the desk, waited 15 minutes and no one came. Then called phones and no one answered. The breakfast was awful. Eggs dried out. Rolls hard. Waffle maker dirty. Very poorly managed hotel. We were promised $85 refund because of the toliet. That never happened. Please get my purse back. Plus we had to pay $75 to park! Ridiculous for a room this costly.

Positives: The room was spacious and the breakfast, when available, was good. The on site mart had a nice amount of selection.
Negatives: Of our 6 rooms, 4 had no AC. The whole hotel was so hot. We got trapped on an elevator and when I brought it to the staff’s attention that we had to pry the doors open to escape, nobody really cared. The breakfast was out of plates, coffee, eggs, sausage, and waffle batter at 8:30 am (fortunately they made more after I asked). Parking for $20 is an absolute joke because it’s just an open lot - no valet or covered parking. Total ripoff. And they make you sign up for a website that you pay the parking on and it counts down your time to the second (so you aren’t charged by the night, you’re charged by the day). Our TV remotes were literally taped together, our coffee maker was missing its tray, nobody in our party even had conditioner even after the room was serviced. The hotel had a thick musty smell. Check in was a disaster too. They ran out of hotel room keys and then when we finally got ours, it didn’t work. Would never stay here again and I could type so much more. Lynette was very helpful though in trying to rectify our issues.
