Valet was backed up TERRIBLY!!! This hotel has a lounge on the 15th floor so they are BUSY on certain nights of the week. I was not aware of this but the traffic that these "event nights" create is unreal. If you know you will have a crowd of traffic multiple times a week, there should be better arrangements to parking, especially for guest who are staying at the hotel.
Decided to check out the lounge since I assumed it would be even more challenging to get my vehicle back from valet to attend my dinner reservations. This lounge was just "ok". I didn't care for this place at all.
I ordered room service for breakfast...that was blah asf! No salt or pepper for food and no sugar for coffee. Called down to have those items brought to my room but no answered the phone from the restaurant. Therefore, I had to bring my order down to the restaurant and asked them to make it over fresh and with salt and pepper as well as sugar and cream for my coffee. The wait to have my same food rebagged was over 20 minutes. The attitude of the host/server/counter person was not welcoming.

It was clean the room but was supposed to be a non smoking room but it smell so bad like smoke and the room was super cold but I try to turn it down and the button didn’t work to turn it down .
