I walked in, and then I walked directly back out. I heard dogs barking on multiple floors. I couldn’t tell what was going on. Grossed me out. Pictures are deceiving. Go to the Hyatt across the street and spend the extra $15. You won’t regret it.

Liked nothing about it at all, had to switch rooms twice because of bed bugs and roaches and dirtiness

Every time I returned to the hotel from my work shift, my key always had to be reactivated as if someone was in my room when I clearly had a do not disturb sign on door. And they never refunded my $50 deposit.

ALOT!!!
1. The FULL hot breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, bagel, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, etc. AND there was plenty of it :)
2. Well lit and ample parking right outside the rear door.
3. Worked out on the elliptical machine in the gym. Had the gym to myself so I could blast my karaoke!
4. All the people that work there were nice: front desk, housekeeping, breakfast hosts. The other patrons I met at breakfast were friendly too!
5. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was hot hot hot like I like it.
6. My room had a microwave and refrigerator so eating leftovers was a breeze.
Negatives:
I liked it all because of the list given above. With that said, if you can stand that the internet may be spotty, your room could use a deep cleaning and refresh, the smell of Marijuana (it’s legal in Atlanta) and/or cigarettes if you’re near the rear door, noise in the hallway if your near the lobby, what appear to be locals or longer term guests (friendly nonetheless) and dated gym equipment….you’ll feel right at home here :)

The staff member list my Driver’s License. The room was dirty, the phone in the room didnt have buttons to call the front desk. I couldnt get towels and washcloths, i had to wait for house keeping to come to take a shower. They had a homeless lady in the front lobby calling me and my family out of our name with foul language.The manager told his staff he was coming to address our concerns and he never showed up. I ended my daughter birthday plans and left a night early. They stated they would refund me back and has yet to do so.
