It was beautiful. The staff was exceptionally dressed, courteous, kind, and helpful. The check-in and check-out was easy. The room was a good size for business travel. The room was updated and clean. It had everything I needed for travel.
Negatives:
The coffee machine in the room was too small. Lack of tea options. The Starbucks at the hotel was not fully stocked and didn't have my normal drink option. Was not impressed with the extra parking and breakfast charges.

We had no hot water foe the shower. Called down to the front deck and they said they would send the mechanic or engineer. He eventually came after bout twenty minutes. He goes in the check it. He tells me we have to leave it on the lil hand shower piece.

Very easy check in process as well. The bartender was outstanding, we got in late and they were closing for food therefore she was mainly by herself. That didn't matter, she has great communication skils.
