Positives:
The staff was very friendly and kind. The hotel lobby is very nice and inviting.
Negatives:
The hotel bed sheets had lent balls on the comforter. The lids did not fit the coffee cups, and there was a very bad smell during the night in the room. No late checkout unless you are a gold member. There are no special accommodations for special occasions, even when requested. The parking is ridiculous.

The rooms need to be updated. Although the water pressure was awesome, it was difficult turning it on. The tub drain was broken.
