Red Roof Inn Augusta - Washington Road

Negatives: There were rooms with doors open making my safety questionable. I was put on the 2nd fl in the back of the hotel when there were clearly rooms in a more safe area of the hotel available.

Negatives: The water in the sink didn't work, the TV remote didn't work. It wasn't as clean as I would expect. There is a lot of noise/ little insulation. For a place accepting of pets, there is not a good place to walk dogs.

Negatives: No one was there to check us in. Had to call phone number so someone would come and check us in. Room was not clean a lot of noise coming from outside and other rooms made it impossible to sleep.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: At 9:54am, keep in mind that check out is 11am, one of the cleaners tried to make us check out early. He just kept standing in the door and pointing towards my truck, all while saying "Checkout is 11." I was like, "Yes, sir, we know, but it isn't even 10, yet." It was annoying because the room is paid for until 11 and if I wanted to wait until 11 to be checked out, I should be able to without being harassed. We are usually out early, but slept in a bit that day. We were still out by 10:30.

Negatives: the ceiling were peeling they wall had some type of black spots on them and around the base boards also the door looked like it had soda all over it and the same with the toilet seat also the roll in shower when you took a shower it would flood the bathroom. When we first got in the room the floor lamp was laying on the floor and the phone didn't work. The curtain had cut places in it and you could see day light coming under the door. Was told they did not have any other rooms open. Could not find a ice machine no were around. It did not look like the floors had been cleaned in a while.

Negatives: Dirty. AC unit had mold all over it. TV busted. Condensation from ac unit running all over the floor. This is also a low rent weekly rental and it showed by the seemingly nefarious activity happening all over the property. Several rooms boarded up.

Negatives: Just about everything

Negatives: Lights did not work,,especially over sinkbathroom filthy,,tv filthy,,floors awful,,no blanket,,we froze, no ashtrays in smoking room,,front desk said they didnt have any. Refridge and micrwave dirty, hairdryer didnt work. No room number ouside door.

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: I have addressed the issue of ice machine not functioning on a previous visit Well this time facility has responded to that by boarding up the closet that housed it. Now the laundry room is closed. No functioning hair dryer

Negatives: That the ice machine has been out of order for over a year. That is hard to believe. Guests must use the ice vendor next door at Sunset Inn. That's somewhat embarrassing.

Negatives: I tried to contact this motel phone number 7 times and the reservation tried also. No one ever answered however the young lady at desk says no calls came in to the office at all. Need I say anymore I left and will not use Red Roof especially this location

Negatives: The first room we had was discussing. They to give us another room which was much better. However, the toilet was not working properly until mm y last there.
