Location and convenience at the time, I was too exhausted to continue driving.
Ms. Hall was very nice. Gave us a choice between 2 rooms and gave me a set of clean sheets when I requested
Negatives:
When the sheets were delivered that I requested from Ms. Hall I asked the employee for a wash rag and towel, there was only one of each for 2 people, and he refused, said it wasn't allowed. Really?? You pay for 2 guests but have to share the same towel?? Nope!! Also, there was a roach crawling across the desk as I was handed my receipt.
