Positives:
I liked the area it was in, the friendliness of the staff & the cleanliness of the room. There were also 3-4 places to eat within walking distance.
Negatives:
The breakfast was more of a continental breakfast with the standard waffle maker, oatmeal, pre-made omelets, & biscuits. But nothing to prevent me from staying at the hotel. I just know I'll have to go out for breakfast if I want something more.

Great free airport shuttle and another good thing about this hotel is it's proximity to the airport. Has a nice outside seating area which is in the car park effectively. Rooms are functional, clean and pretty much as expected. Staff on check in were very friendly and very accommodating.

Positives:
I love how modern the furniture looks. The customer see was very pleasant. The continental breakfast offered various options including non- diary meals. The coffee available all day was an excellent option as well. The free shuttle bus from the airport was incentive. Walking distance to the Waffle House and other local restaurants was nice.
Negatives:
The overnight audit Monica was inpatient when trying to find my reservation. It was the middle of the night when I was traveling and book my room through booking. Booking customer service rescheduled out to the property and settled the confusion however, Monica was clearly irritated by this and I felt that wasnt professional mannered. Jason was exceptionally helpful and delightful. Ebony and the housekeeper manager Quetta was very friendly and welcoming which made the stay even better.
