The staff were great, breakfast was great
Negatives:
The outside area definitely needed an update, pool wasn't available. The whole outside area needed a wash down. Towels for pool were pathetic.

Price to high, bar only open for 4 hours, No Restraint at motel, 1/4 to 1/2 mile walk to beach. High stair climb to access the boardwalk to beach Info on motel says 3 restraints.

Love that this hotel feels hidden in the trees. Its such a peaceful place . We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and love it. If I ever stay anywhere else Im disappointed. Even though it can be crowded its still peaceful.

Sliding door wouldn't lock. Drip in bathtub. Room not cleaned/bedding not changed daily. Fire alarm set off and no notice it was a false alarm. In room coffee maker supplies not replenished daily. Elevator rattled as if in a horror movie.

The pool area was being sandblasted, so the pool area was closed off. I thought a heads up should have been given before our arrival.

Comfortable bed, excellent location and friendly staff. It had a kitchenette and a good sized fridge.

Check in staff never offered directions to room or anything around the hotel. Pillows were very, very flat. TV didn't work properly, blue in the screen..programming didn't work on most channels

It was very efficient and cozy. Staff and accommodations were excellent. Especially appreciate shuttle service to festival. Also enjoyed breakfast each morning and availability of free beverages.

The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on. You could feel all the springs by just touching it, not even sitting on it. That mattress needs to be replaced.
