I did not like anything about it it doesn't even have coffee for breakfast and it's false advertisement because it says it does have breakfast accommodations it smells real bad in there it was nasty the hallway stunk the parking lot was nasty it was a bad experience and I have stayed in the same hotels all over the South and this one was pitiful

The only thing pleasant in regards to this whole nightmare was the customer service rep from booking dot Com I spoke with about how horrible the stay at this location was and was requesting a refund. Thank you Rachel M for at least making this part most pleasant.

They said the one room we had booked was not ready due to a leaking AC unit and we would either have to wait to see if it could be fixed or book another room that only had the 1 bed. We booked that room as we couldn't wait we had a service dog and a cat and 2 children. The room was smelly and dirty and the furniture was broken the hotel didn't even have linens for the bed and they had a fabric cloth shower curtain as a bed spread for the double bed. The roll cart was nowhere to be found so it took us 3 trips to the 3rd floor to get everything up and the next day back down upon check out. The room details said it was a fully equipped kitchen and there wasn't one piece of any kitchen or cookware. The overnight staff was rude and had attitude as if we were an inconvenience to ask anything of her. The wifi didn't work more than it did and even though it was a non smoking property the whole 3rd floor reeked of cigarette smoke. Hands down the worse experience I have had at a hotel and I thank God we only booked one night.

Very accomodating to travellers with pets. A simple form to fill out and a nice, low $25 fee. Rooms were quiet and relatively clean (minus a little mold on one lamp shade). Ample parking.
Negatives:
There's nobody on reception at certain hours, so its hard to know what to do with your room key if leaving early in the morning. I also don't recall being briefed about breakfast, even though it was supposed to be part of my booking. I any case, I likely left too early for it. The decor in the rooms is a little dated, and one of the lamp shades in my room had mold. overall though, none of these things would stop me staying here again.
