Positives: The convenience that it was close to my daughter's school.

Negatives: This is the second time I've stayed there The first time the toilets didn't even work and management didn't even care. This time the place smelled like cigars and cleaning products. The walls are so thin that I heard everything from my neighbors. And the pillows were hard as a rock. I'd really like my money back from one of my trips. The first time I complained management at Red roof didn't say anything. And secondly you guys didn't respond at all to my complaints.
