The breakfast was fine—I think paying for parking was ridiculous and the Indian middle aged man who checked me in was rude and derogatory—I would like someone from booking.com to call me so I can discuss my stay please.
Negatives:
See above: the middle aged Indian gentleman was rude and condescending..he said he didn’t have an appropriate confirmation number to allow me to complete the check in process so instead of helping me troubleshoot he told me to leave the line so he could help others which took about 40 min—when he was done I asked he was going to please help me as I was tired and in a domestic abuse situation and had to move out that day as I came in a Home Depot van…I was exhausted mentally and physically —he then repeated to me he didn’t have the proper “attorney” number —I told him I didn’t understand that and never heard of an “attorney” then it dawned on me as I was thinking it was the ITINERARY number he snapped back at me “I don’t know what the word is I googled it and that’s what came up —-tears started to come down my cheeks when he said , “ stop crying” and said, “you are too sensitive “ I was speechless and upset when an employee named Jade took over and helped ..there are more details I will explain when someone can call me back

Elevator was very slow, kind of concerning sometimes like we were going to get stuck. Also thought parking was free when we got there but the rates are very fair for a city like Atlanta.
