Dirty bathroom . Black mold around tub and dirty. Front doors walking into hotel was dirty which I knew from there our room was going to be same . The lobby was the nicest area

I reserved a room with a zero entry shower for people with limited mobility. I did not receive that room nor was the staff trying to solve the issue.
